Procilon consolidates brand and organization: intarsys fully integrated

Integration consistently consolidated in market presence and organization – portfolio and collaboration already in place since 2021
 

Leipzig, April 01, 2026 – procilon Group GmbH and intarsys GmbH will operate under the joint brand Procilon with immediate effect. At the same time, the procilon Group will further develop its structure as a holding company.

With this step, the company is consistently consolidating its middleware solutions for secure identification, communication and archiving under a single, unified structure – both in its market presence and internal organization.

The procilon Group acquired intarsys at the end of 2021. Since then, the two companies have worked closely together, offering a combined portfolio of communication and signature solutions. This integration is now being fully implemented formally and in the company’s external market presence as well.

For customers of the procilon Group and intarsys, this results in clear structures and a consistent brand experience. The existing service and solution portfolio will be bundled under one umbrella, established points of contact will remain unchanged, and services will continue to be provided seamlessly.

Markus Schuster, former authorized signatory of <organization>intarsys GmbH</organization> and now Head of Business Development at Procilon, explains:

“We have successfully completed the merger into Procilon. Former intarsys customers can be assured that they will continue to receive the familiar level of service for our entire SignLive! product portfolio at Procilon as well.”

Dirk Czepluch, CEO of Procilon, adds:

“The collaboration between intarsys and Procilon has been in place since 2021 and has proven itself in the market. By uniting under the Procilon brand, we are now consistently bringing this development together. Customers will continue to benefit from an integrated portfolio, unified services and clear structures.”

The consolidation under the Procilon brand and the further development of the holding structure – the merger of the procilon Group and intarsys into the new Procilon – is directly linked to the company’s expansion strategy. The goal is to position the service portfolio more clearly and to further expand the company’s market presence in Europe, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe.
