Birsfelden, 25 June 2026 – As of 20 May 2026, the former Intarsys (Schweiz) AG has been operating under the new name Procilon Schweiz AG. With this rebranding, procilon GmbH is strengthening its unified market presence across Europe while underlining its long-term commitment to the Swiss market.

Procilon is an established provider of solutions for secure identification, communication, and data storage. Since 2021, the companies within the group have been working closely together, combining their expertise in digital communication and electronic signatures. The goal is to offer customers holistic, secure, and future-proof solutions for digital business processes. The stronger alignment under the Procilon brand now makes this development more visible in Switzerland as well.

Since autumn 2025, the Swiss organization has been led by William Zatti as Country Manager Switzerland. Together with the local team, he is driving the further expansion of market presence and service offerings in Switzerland.

Continuity for customers and partners

With the name change, Procilon Schweiz AG remains legally identical to the former intarsys (Schweiz) AG. Existing contracts, service agreements, and general terms and conditions remain fully valid. Bank details and billing processes also remain unchanged. The adjustments mainly concern the brand identity as well as certain contact details, such as email addresses, which will be communicated transparently.

Collaboration therefore continues seamlessly. Customers can continue to rely on their existing contacts, who remain available as usual and will support them in all matters.

Customers benefit from consolidated technological expertise, an expanded portfolio of services, and even closer integration of solutions and services. This includes in particular further developments in the areas of electronic signatures, secure digital communication, and legally compliant business processes.

Long-term perspective for the Swiss market

Switzerland remains a strategically important market for procilon GmbH. The local organization will continue to be developed in a targeted manner while maintaining its close connection to the market and its customers.

With the new brand structure, we are strengthening our position and investing specifically in our local presence and our services,” continues William Zatti. During a transition period, both company names may be used in parallel. The company will provide early and transparent information about any further adjustments.
